Suia.io is a social dApp built on SuiNetwork that aims to create a new kind of community – one that is open, powerful and user-driven.

The team believes that ownership of digital assets is an important part of the new generation of society. People who own the same assets can become friends, colleagues and even family members.

If you follow NFT news, you will certainly appreciate some of the features of this ecosystem as described below.

Suia will offer users four innovations: personalised NFT recommendations, feeds based on channel activity, a brand club and composability spaces on Sui.

The Sui Foundation also launched, together with Suia, the NFT coffee exchange system at the Taipei Smart City Summit & Expo.

The goal now is to move towards decentralisation and self-management. Decentralisation will create a truly open environment.

It is also possible to announce now, the launch of the ecosystem’s native cryptographically secure fungible protocol token (SUIA ticker symbol). This is a transferable representation of the assigned governance and utility functions specified in the project protocol/code, and is designed to be used only as an interoperable utility token on it.

There will be 100 million total SUIA tokens(no inflation), and the distribution is as follows:

3% Early Contributors, 0–20 months linear unlock
20% Teams,0–40 months linear unlock
60% Community,0–50 months linear unlock

To promote decentralized community governance for the network, this ecosystem would allow holders to propose and vote on governance proposals to determine future features, upgrades and/or parameters of the project, or provide feedback.

At this point, the on-chain governance process would allow token holders may vote on proposals to airdrop rewards, allocate grants for development efforts, strategic partnerships, modify dApp parameters, listings and other programs.
