Chat Chain is the first on-chain instant messaging app built on blockchain technology, with a strong focus on user safety and security. It also offers a variety of business and marketing tools tailored for project owners and marketers.
With the Chat Chain app, you can send and receive messages directly on-chain using your wallet address on your preferred blockchain. Messages can be either standard or encrypted, with encryption done exclusively through your wallet within the app. Only you can access your encrypted messages—no one else can read them!
Normal Message
Chat Chain app users can send and receive normal messages simple and free. Users are only required to pay for network fee from their connected wallet. Chat Chain will not charge users for normal messages section.
Encrypted Message
Encrypted messages on Chat Chain app are sent on-chain but in an encrypted format which is only readable by message sender and the receipt through the Chat Chain app. No one can access the original message from the blockchain and all they see on block explorer is an encoded string which is not readable.
Chat Chain will also send an alert with a normal message format to the recipients at the footer of the encrypted message to show them they have received an encrypted message and how they can read it.
Revenue Share
Chat Chain will share all of its future revenue from the application, web or mobile, to $CHAT token holders. To achieve this goal, first the system need to get to an stable state of revenue stream and meet minimum requirement for a promising income flow to have the ability to create a sustainable revenue sharing system.
Currently it is predicted to get to this point in between next phase based on Chat Chain’s product roadmap.
